This notice applies to wantrace.com and its Chinese and English static pages, operated by Shanghai Chenghuan Technology Co., Ltd. (WANTRACE TECH, “we” or “us”). The first release focuses on company, service, case, and brand information. It does not require account creation and does not provide payments, a customer portal, or advertising tracking.

Form fields and purpose

The inquiry form includes name, company, email, phone, area of interest, message, and privacy consent fields. This form sends your inquiry to the configured WANTRACE business email so we can understand the inquiry, respond to the request and prepare relevant technical discussion—not for unrelated marketing. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information that is not needed for the inquiry.

Submitted content is sent to the configured WANTRACE business email. We do not send automatic confirmation emails to visitors. Related information is retained only for the period needed to handle the inquiry, then deleted or anonymized under applicable internal processes. Email, cloud infrastructure, and security providers may process the information only to transmit, store, and protect it under applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

The current website is static and does not actively set login, advertising, or behavioral analytics cookies. A browser, CDN, or security service may create necessary technical logs or cached assets to deliver and protect the pages; these are not used to identify your business needs.

We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, permission management, and transport security to protect inquiry information. Because we use cloud, email, and security infrastructure, service providers may process information outside your location. We apply appropriate security management as required by applicable law and limit use to the contact and service purposes described here.
